What are the connection within jobs, obligation, and life relationship, plenty to be honest. We could see that jobs and its obligation to be on time and finishing the work have effecting on your life and relationship with your family or loved ones.

Based on these fact, some people have realize it and trying to find a good solution to solve the issue. Either find it in the internet such as blog, referral, sites, or find it in books, they really trying hard to find it. Because they do believe that ruin relationship eventually going to effect on their jobs.

For some people they found the solution with doing part time jobs, which gave them plenty of time and the most important is they able to manage the time as they wanted to be.

Doing some part time job or day labor job does help, but the thing is you lose some benefit and facilities such as medical insurance and bonus from your employer. But for them comparing to the time and relationship they prefer doing it.

A good relationship is always based on love. With love it could drive you away and also giving you strength to hold on and keep on surviving at any other condition. These is also applied for your job as well. When you do love to do your job, then its not easy to beat you down although your competitor having better career and position. So its important to love your job.
