Like it or not, math being used in our daily life, to purchase or sell things, we used money, that have certain amount, which we required math to do it. Although we do know the purposes but admit it, most of us hate math on those days in school.

Is it because not attractive, or less fun, etc, we do know that also happen in our children generation as well. As parents, we’re usually forced our children to master everything that given in school, including maths. As much as we forced it, that much they hate it the most. Yes its true if you don’t pack it in fun ways.

Yes learning math could be fun and much more attractive. How? use games instead of forcing them reading books in hours. Its a matter how we stimulate the intelligence aspect of our children earlier. First introduce them into basic mathematical concept that being used on their daily activities. Use object from your surrounding area, and always remember do it without coercion and pressure, packing it inside a games is wonderful.

Many exploration game that can hone a child mathematical logic, but of course this should be tailored to the child’s age. When toddlers play sand, kids are actually hands train the muscles turn on fine motor skills so that one day the child is able to hold a pencil, drawing and others. With a sand play children learn to estimate the actual or measure that would pour it all there in mathematics.

Instead of games that build by your own, you also could use Math Toys, or use songs to train them. If you’re watching children tv shows, you’ll found that they also using songs to help children remember math more easily.

Why games? Because with toys, your children intelligence could be stimulate easier and playing is always fun for them. Instead of that with games, children able to express their ideas and feelings, also could stimulate their creativity.
When playing a challenging game, children have the opportunity to solve problems (problem solving). Exciting problems that make the child unconsciously trained to solve a problem. This will strengthen the ability of children out of trouble. For example while it is tied shoes, kids will try to use all his ability to finish through. And this will also train at the school when the child later received lessons on mathematical problem solving (problem solving).

The world is changing rapidly and so fast, the raise of the technology shocking us every day. We still remember that last time we still using a type writer machine, but now its transforming into computer. And not just stop in there, the size of it, is kept on smaller and smaller. Thus the man power itself have to catch their delay on how to operate those machines and systems.

These day we cannot rely on one single education that we got many years ago, we have to kept on updating our self. But then we were face with our current work and professions. Some times our desire in learning new things losing because we have to be in office working for living. And even after office hours you have to spend some hours on the street, stuck with traffic jam. After that for you who already have kids, you should spend last of your energy playing with them.

Another problem that usually occurs is formal education took place in day light, although there some during after office hours, the place is quite far away, not to mention the traffic.

Those are classic problems of people in big cities. They had desire on learning new things, but it seems time and place are not friendly to them. If those are your problems, but you still want to study, then you might want to consider online education or course.

Don’t worry about the title, you still able to get your online bachelor degree, by following their exams. Continuing to higher degree are also possible with this online education.

The other benefit of online education is, you could join it anytime and anywhere, it is not block by time and place. This enlarge distance learner to join it. Sharing your ideas and skills with your friends not always be inside a classroom, now you could do it anywhere.

How is your position affecting your conduct?

A fortunate addition to the original concepts of Bowen family systems theory, sibling position can be quite informative in understanding human behavior in general and one’s own behavior in particular. How does your best thinking affect your propensity to live out the characteristics of your sibling position?

Sibling Position – A Personality Indicator That is Both Static and Dynamic
In the 1960’s, Dr. Walter Toman became well known for his pioneering studies in family member positioning. He created a picture, if you will, of basic types of sibling profiles that gave an impression of how each sibling was apt to behave and their potential — all things being equal — of a successful life course.

With regard to being static, it differs from other types of personality indicators such as the Myers-Briggs or Riso-Hudson in that one’s sibling position never changes. One can take the Myers-Briggs three times at three different junctures in one’s life, and score three different ways. Your sibling position remains static and yet affects your life and the lives of others in a dynamic way.

Bringing Your Birth Order Position to the Marital Relationship
Toman’s belief was that marital partners have complimentary, partially complimentary, or non-complimentary sibling positions.

Those with non-complimentary sibling positions (such as a wife and husband who are both youngest siblings) have more marital difficulty than do those with complimentary (a youngest brother of sisters married to an oldest sister of brothers) or partially complimentary sibling positions (an oldest brother of brothers paired with a youngest sister of sisters).

Personality Characteristics Based on Years of Research
Dr. Murray Bowen wrote, “Based on my research and therapy, I believe that no single piece of data is more important than knowing the sibling position of people in the present and past generations.”

The Multigenerational Transmission Process speaks to what families look like over the span of at least three generations, and much can be gained by examining generational patterns while considering one’s sibling position.

Doctors Toman and Bowen shared a great deal in their thinking with respect to sibling position, yet one of Bowen’s departures was that of how anxiety plays a role in sibling position profiles.

Brothers, Sisters, and the Anxious Presence
Your birth order says a lot about you. Yet it is propensity and not destiny. There is no superior sibling position, although envy of the other positions seems common! When you are anxious, your tendency to fulfill your sibling position characteristics grows.

For example, the youngest brother of sisters will, when under pressure, be more apt to play the “needy” card, gaining the attention and affection of older women.
It’s been known to come in handy, but ultimately it is an abdication of personal responsibility. How is anxiety affecting your propensity to typify your sibling position?

They assist patients, families and caregivers with short term and long term planning. They can also provide counseling services to assist with such issues as loss and grief or coping with lifestyle changes and other issues involving health status.

The MSW (Master’s in Social Work) assesses for the social, physical, financial and psychological needs of the patients and assist them in attaining these. For instance, they can assist the elderly to find care in their own homes or an appropriate level of care in assisted living or total care environments. They can assist parents with their needs and issues in caring for infants and children with birth defects and chronic illnesses.

MSWs also help patients and families to cope with the challenges of hospice care and the bereavement issues after the death.

Education and Training
For social workers, the minimum level of education is a bachelor of science in social work (BSW). However, for reimbursement purposes, a master’s degree is usually required (MSW). For those who wish to teach social work, a PhD in social work is most often required.

Course work beyond general education requirements includes classes in behavioral sciences, human growth and development, social sciences, basic psychology, social environment studies, social welfare policies and methods of social work.

License/Certification
All states in the U.S require that social workers be either licensed, certified or registered. Certification is offered to MSWs with two years of experience who are members of the National Association of Social workers and pass a written examination. Most states require 3,000 hours/2 years of supervision to become a licensed social worker (LCSW).
